These terms govern your use of the Zen Painters website, operated by Zen Spaces, LLC d/b/a Zen Painters (“we”, “us”). By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to them.
1. Estimates are not quotes
Price ranges shown on this website, including those from our online estimator, are general estimates for planning only. They are not an offer or a binding quote. Your final price is confirmed in a written quote after a free walkthrough, and may differ based on surface condition, access, repairs, product choice and scope.
2. Written quotes & service agreements
Painting work is performed only under a signed written quote or service agreement. That document sets out scope, price, schedule, payment terms and warranty, and controls if it conflicts with anything on this website.
3. Zen Guarantee & warranty
Our Zen Guarantee (written price lock, final walkthrough sign-off, 30-day free touch-ups) and 1-year workmanship warranty apply to work we perform and are subject to the terms in your written agreement. They do not cover damage from misuse, structural or moisture problems, normal wear, or surfaces and products supplied by others.
4. Communications consent
By ticking the consent box on our forms, you agree we may contact you by phone call, text message or email, including by automated means, about your request. Consent is not required to buy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate contact and project details and to only submit photos you have the right to share.
6. Website content
All text, images, logos and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Project photos and reviews are shown for illustration; individual results vary.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on online estimates. Nothing here limits rights you have under your written service agreement or applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Leon County, Florida.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
